Mach brings email, WhatsApp and web chat into one inbox, and puts an AI investigator on every case. It reads the history, checks your knowledge base and drafts the reply. Your team approves it.
Product
Email, WhatsApp and your website's chat widget arrive as conversations in one queue, with tickets, priorities, assignments and teams. Replies go back out on the channel the customer used.
Before suggesting anything, Mach gathers context: earlier conversations, your knowledge base and the case's own events. Every suggestion comes with a confidence score and its reasons.
AI starts in assisted mode, so every reply is a suggestion an agent approves. Auto-send stays off until your own evaluation passes. Agents can take over any conversation at any time.
Write articles once. Customers find them in the portal, and the AI cites them when it drafts replies, so answers stay consistent.
Full right-to-left support and an interface in both languages, for teams and customers across the region.
Response and resolution times, volume by channel, and the share of AI suggestions your team accepted, edited or rejected.
How it works
On any connected channel. Mach threads it into a conversation and opens or updates the ticket.
It reads the history and the knowledge base, notes what it found, and drafts a reply with a confidence score.
Approve, edit or rewrite. The reply goes out on the customer's channel and every step is logged.
Security
Each organization's data is isolated, and every privileged action leaves a record you can verify.
